Omio is the leading search and booking platform for European travel by train, bus and air. It is one of Europe’s fastest growing companies and has attracted significant funding from investors such as Silver Lake Kraftwerk and Kleiner Perkins. Although its volume was scaling quickly, some areas of its internal setup lagged behind. Omio partnered with NW/A to help build new and improved systems and processes, before handing them over to Omio’s internal teams to operate.
“NW/A’s ability to move quickly and effectively from diagnosis to strategy to action was very impressive. It gave us the confidence of seeing tangible output from their work whilst knowing that they remained invested in the final outcome.”

CFO, OMIO
“NW/A was an invaluable part of The Royal Mint team that created RMG (Royal Mint Gold) a market leading digital gold blockchain solution and brought it to market.
NW/A brought an outstanding application of agile project management into our business with pragmatic and practical recommendations to allow us deliver on our commitments. This ensured our team to work at pace and focused on what was needed whilst ensuring that we worked efficiently and effectively always.
NW/A also leveraged their comprehensive network to help put in place an excellent interim team which had the relevant knowledge, skills and expertise to support us, as a permanent team was being recruited.I would particularly like to commend Neil Ward for his invaluable personal commitment and tremendous contribution throughout.
Neil’s significant career experience working in world renown multinationals through to start up businesses proved a real asset on our journey, particularly when engaging with our stakeholders and partners.
In conclusion, the contribution and delivery from Neil Ward and his NW/A team was first class and I would welcome the opportunity to work with NW/A in the future.

“Scotland Artists is one of the leading art galleries specialising in the sale of contemporary Scottish art. We engaged with NW/A at the beginning of the year to conduct a comprehensive review of our business and advise on a future strategy which included branding, technology and marketing.
The result is Thou.art, an online and in-store art gallery supplying a wide range of international artists to a global audience. NW/A illustrated an unrivalled hands on approach with a team of professionals who very quickly developed an understanding of all aspects of our business. Additionally their expertise in applying a technology solution to selling art has positioned our business at a whole new level within the industry.”
